Missionary Shane Hayes Reports from Chile: there has been loss of life in the local assembly, at least in Concepción. There was a Tsunami there. He said there are ships and shipping containers in the middle of the downtown area. A 20 story apartment building has collapsed, trapping people inside.... There are buildings with people trapped in......side, but are about 2 collapse, prohibiting rescue. Fires throughout the cities...
